All Veggielicious Foods are shipped frozen, packed into a reusable thermal bag along with Icebrix.

Each Veggielicious Foods package is either 100% biodegradable or 100% reusable/recyclable. Our foods are frozen immediately after cooking in order to lock in flavor and nutrients. All of our containers are BPA-free and freezer safe. From freezer to oven or microwave – you will have a fast, delicious meal or snack within seconds or minutes!

Upon arrival, Veggielicious Foods can go directly back into the freezer and kept frozen up to 6 months. If you choose to allow bakery items to thaw at room temperature, they can remain out for 3-5 days. Please refer to Heating Instructions on each package, as they vary according to product. You may also refer to the Farm Stand and click on each product for “Heating or Thawing Instructions.”

It varies per vegetable, but the general rule is 1 cup of raw vegetables equals 1 serving. Each batch of Veggielicious Foods is handcrafted in small batches with approximately 3-6 cups of raw vegetables. When the vegetables are cooked and pureed, they are then measured accordingly for each batch. See nutritional labels under each product for more detailed information.

Veggielicious Foods uses all natural ingredients. All of our vegetables are non-gmo and locally grown (when in season) without pesticides and harmful chemicals. The grains and sugar we use are non-gmo and organic. All of our dairy products are free of hormones and the eggs we use are cage free with no antibiotics. There are no artificial flavors/colors, preservatives, or additives used in our recipes.

Most of Veggielicious Foods products are NOT vegan but the chocolate beet cakes/cupcakes with chocolate avocado icing do not contain any ingredients from animals.

All of Veggielicious Foods products are available in GLUTEN FREE versions. Just make that selection under each product when ordering online.

Yes. Veggielicious Foods do contain some of the following allergens: wheat, milk, eggs, legumes (peas). Veggielicious Foods products are all manufactured in a facility that processes foods with peanuts/tree nuts. Best practices are taken very seriously to separate equipment and utensils used for gluten free products and ones that contain wheat. No Veggielicious Foods products contain peanuts and tree nuts.
